Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Analytic Appetite provides custom restaurant operations platforms, including configuration, maintenance, and support services. The specific services and pricing are determined through individual client agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring appropriate access to their systems, and using the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Analytic Appetite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client data remains the property of the client.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analytic Appetite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in individual client contracts. Upon termination, clients may request export of their data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes through our platform or via email.

Third-Party Integrations

Analytic Appetite offers optional integrations with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online. Use of any integration is subject to the following:

• Each integration is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any third-party connection.
• The customer is responsible for the data they authorize Analytic Appetite to access through the integration, including ensuring they have the right to share that data with us.
• Either party may terminate the integration at any time. Customers can revoke access from within the third-party service (for QuickBooks: Apps → Manage → Disconnect).
• Customer data held within the third-party service remains governed by that service's own agreement with the customer (for example, Intuit's terms govern QuickBooks data). These Terms apply only to Analytic Appetite's handling of data once it has been accessed through the integration.
