Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you schedule a call, communicate with us, or use our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and business information.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, communicate with you about our services, and respond to your inquiries.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

QuickBooks Online Integration

When a customer connects their QuickBooks Online (QBO) company to Analytic Appetite, we access a limited set of accounting data to power demand forecasting and operational analytics. This section describes that integration specifically.

What we access

We request the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting OAuth scope. Within that scope, our integration reads only the entities required for forecasting:

  • Items
  • Customers
  • Vendors
  • Invoices
  • Sales Receipts

Access is read-only. We do not create, modify, or delete records in your QuickBooks company.

How tokens are stored

OAuth refresh tokens issued by Intuit are stored in Cloudflare KV, keyed by the QuickBooks company ID, and scoped to that customer only. Tokens are never shared between customers and are not transmitted to third parties beyond Intuit itself.

Data retention

We query QuickBooks data on demand to compute forecasts and operational reports. We do not maintain a customer-facing database of raw QuickBooks records. Aggregated forecast outputs (for example, per-product demand projections) may be stored for the customer's own use within the deliverables we provide.

User control and revocation

Customers can revoke our access at any time from QuickBooks Online by navigating to Apps → Manage → Disconnect. Once revoked, Intuit invalidates the OAuth tokens on their side, so any subsequent request we make on the customer's behalf is rejected. Intuit also notifies our disconnect endpoint, which records the event. Customers may additionally contact us at privacy@analyticappetite.com to request deletion of any stored authorization records.

Sub-processors

Cloudflare hosts this website and the OAuth and disconnect endpoints, and stores OAuth refresh tokens in Cloudflare KV. Vercel hosts the forecast pipelines for customers on the hosted forecast app; customers running the forecast pipeline on their own infrastructure do not have data routed through Vercel. No QuickBooks data is sent to any other third party.
